What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • A portfolio showcasing compelling projects and process descriptions.
  • Familiarity with best practices in working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
  • Understanding of user interface design principles and current trends.
  • Ability to conduct UX research and develop hypotheses.
  • Solid knowledge of digital product creation processes, including the roles of front-end and back-end developers.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients and the team
  • Remote or hybrid work from offices in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, or Gliwice (on-site work required once a week).

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Lean Startup methodology.
  • Experience working with the Double Diamond process.

Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.
