What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 2+ years of professional experience in managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
  • grounded knowledge of how to build a brand on social media from scratch
  • experience in creating high quality and engaging social media original brand content
  • proactive, driven personality and strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • practical knowledge of managing, measuring and automating social media with tools like i.e. Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Markodojo etc.
  • ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • excellent copywriting and editing skills in English

Nice-to-haves

  • passion for IT and technology-related subjects
  • good understanding of the startup-like vibes in the organization
  • being able to think outside of the box while managing social media for business and brand image purposes
  • feel for visual compositions while creating high-quality content

Joining us as Social Media Strategist means:

Building, executing and testing social media strategy for all Boldare’s platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to reach our business goals.

Planning our social media calendar in cooperation with our Growth and People Teams and maintain all the channels along with a Junior Social Media Specialist.

Managing paid social media campaigns to reach Boldare’s business goals; measuring and analyzing their results, reporting weekly metrics.

Preparing original and highly engaging content for all Boldare’s platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to boost followers.

Building relationships with relevant influencers, brands and organizations for suitable business partnership opportunities.

Engaging other organisation members to actively participate in building Boldare’s brand in social media.
