You will have a three-month onboarding process to better know our processes, good practices and holacracy system (you can count on support from professional mentors and experts)
At the beginning, you will be the support for our Salary Team in conducting, testing and improving salary processes, but with the time you will be more and more self-reliant (you will independently conduct team development meetings within the created framework and facilitate development workshops)
You will summarize team development meetings and propose development tools for them based on the experience of this cooperation
