What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product design.
  • Proven track record in designing web and mobile applications, including a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Advanced understanding of Figma, know how to build scalable and efficient design components
  • Deep understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and user flow creation.
  • Proficiency in applying principles of behavioral economics in design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in product metrics and validation methods.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops like Design Sprints.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Polish (B2+level)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and maintain consistent communication with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
  • Remote or hybrid work from offices in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, or Gliwice (on-site work required once a week).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Lean Startup methodology.

Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.
