You will have a three-month onboarding process to better know our processes, good practices and holacracy system (you can count on support from professional mentors and experts).
Working in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, full transparency).
Initially, you will be responsible for the process of onboarding new employees, risk monitoring and gathering feedback, but with time your responsibilities will expand to analyzing metrics and making suggestions of process improvements and creating the Onboarding Team.
Possibility of hybrid work (home working is good but it’s nice to hang out or have some coffee with the team from time to time). We usually organize offline team meetings in one of our offices at least once a month.
