Currently, we're looking for a Growth Product Manager for one of our clients from the United Kingdom who will take care of complex product development, using his analytical skills, as well as an agile and experimental approach to business.

Client is a London-based company specializing in fast and secure money transfers across Europe. With over 20 years of experience, they offer services through a modern digital platform, a user-friendly mobile application, and a multilingual call center operating in four countries. Their mobile app is available on both Google Play and the App Store, supporting multiple languages to cater to a diverse clientele.

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, Product Development or similar
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of creating a long-term product growth vision, while also being agile enough to adapt to short-term business needs
  • Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving key business metrics and an ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions
  • A/B Testing and Retesting: Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests to optimize products and services. We are looking for someone passionate about analyzing data and continuously improving processes based on test results and retesting
  • Nudging: Ability to apply "nudge" techniques to influence user decisions. We seek an individual who can subtly guide users toward desired actions, using psychology and behavioral insights
  • Product Funnel Understanding: Ability to analyze and optimize the product funnel, considering stages from user acquisition to transaction completion. We are looking for someone with experience in creating and refining conversion strategies at various stages of the funnel
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and lead initiatives across teams
  • User-Centric Thinking: Understanding user needs and being able to implement improvements that enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Experience working on a global product or experience in product development in foreign markets
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level both) to easily communicate with colleagues
  • Openness to occasional business trips to the UK

Nice-to-haves

  • Having a basic understanding of software development, product architecture, and APIs can help you better collaborate with developers and understand the feasibility of proposed features or optimizations
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics, especially in the context of consumer decision-making, is a plus. While not required, we appreciate individuals who understand user motivations and their impact on market behaviors
  • Digital product experience, especially with apps
