What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proven experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI using platforms such as GPT-3/4
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI models
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Being a team player and being open to share knowledge with others
- Command of English and Polish on B2+ level
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, NestJS
- Contributions to open-source projects or published research in relevant fields
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven experience in R&D projects
