What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • Strong proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vite, and Typescript.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and tools like Orleans.
  • Knowledge of authentication technologies like OIDC and Auth0.
  • Experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and OpenAPI.
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration with Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
  • Command of English and Polish on B2+ level (to easily communicate with teammates and clients)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in creating Proof of Concept (POC) solutions to evaluate third-party tools.
  • Understanding of designing high-performance, scalable, multi-tenant architectures.
  • Experience in responsive and clean UX design for complex client-user platforms.

Joining us as Full Stack Developer (.net & react.js) means:

Contributing to a Greenfield Project: You will play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge identity verification platform set to launch in January 2025.

Solving Real-World Challenges: Your work will include tasks like implementing Auth0 authentication, designing backend/SDK mechanisms, and creating seamless device-to-device process transfer solutions.

Collaborating Actively: Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving meetings with a highly skilled team.

Autonomy with Support: While you’re encouraged to lead your tasks proactively, collaboration with team members will ensure seamless execution.

Focusing on Backend Development: Work on ensuring backend scalability, availability, and low-latency infrastructure without direct SDK development responsibilities.

Creating a Robust Frontend Experience: Build user-friendly interfaces for managing workflows, transactions, and analytics.

Self-organization – there are no managers in Boldare, so the teams organize their work by themselves. You’ll be engaged in building the product roadmap, sprint planning, etc.

Agile, scrum & lean startup are not just buzzwords – no project managers, a scrum master in every team, and iterative product delivery are standard at Boldare.

Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.

Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team (which are highly valuable for us). Regular business trips are standard at Boldare. With some partners we meet once a month, with others every six months. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.
