We're looking for an Engineer Team Lead who has a proven experience in leading a development team and profound understanding of the engineering field. You will take responsibility for the technical strategy for our team and its performance.
Building, managing and shaping the team according to project needs and company culture (proposing product team composition).
Taking responsibility for the cross-functional team’s performance. Developing the team’s technical strategy and roadmap.
Helping improve the product development process in organization by raising general standards.
Keeping an eye on technical standards, such as code quality, security, and controlling technical debt.
Setting expectations and work standards and maintaining Service Standards, which are the basis of product work in Boldare.
Continually seeking improvements within the delivery value chain. Identifying new technologies and tools.
Taking an active part in architectural discussions at the level of general organization’s standards.
Taking care of the performance of individuals in the team (1:1 meetings, performance reviews, providing feedback).
Fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaboration, and being an exemplary leader.
Providing coaching and leadership to individual contributors from your team.
Assisting in recruiting and onboarding new team members, and building new teams as necessary based on business demand. You will play a key role in all hiring decisions.
