What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 4+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in IT
- Proven experience in leading development team (10+ people)
- Strong technical background - that means profound understanding of the engineering field, supported by practical experience
- Business orientation, understanding of both business and technical strategy
- Knowledge of how to get the best work out of people, understanding the part played by motivations and working environment
- Strong leadership and ownership
- Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, respect for others and a love of teamwork
- Strategic thinking, responsibility, courage, strong decision-making
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues.
- Availability to work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week
