Being responsible for the operational functioning and a strategy of the Technology Guilds at Boldare (technology communities)
Proposing a product teams composition.
Participate in the hiring of new people (pitching for budget, making decisions, attending meetings with recruiters).
Onboarding new employees.
Developing skills for individuals and specialized groups, through direct coaching, mentoring or training.
Responsibility for the performance of individuals in the team (1:1 meetings, performance reviews, providing feedback).
Supporting people’s promotions in line with career paths in Boldare.
Co-deciding on developers’ salaries (along with other roles, depending on the team).
Dismissing from roles or teams.
Setting expectations and work standards and maintaining Service Standards, which are the basis of product work in Boldare.
Manage the budget for hiring and employee development.
Consistent growth and full control over your career path.
