We're looking for a Delivery Talent Lead who has a strong technical background and loves to cooperate with people. You will take responsibility for the development of our developers and for operational functioning and strategy of Boldare Technology Guilds. Do you have experience in a similar role? What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in IT
  • Proven experience in leading development team (10+ people)
  • Strong technical background - that means profound understanding of the engineering field, supported by practical experience
  • Business orientation, understanding of both business and technical strategy
  • Knowledge of how to get the best work out of people, understanding the part played by motivations and working environment
  • Strong leadership and ownership
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy, respect for others and a love of teamwork
  • Strategic thinking, responsibility, courage, strong decision-making
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues.
  • Availability to work from one of Boldare offices (Warszawa, Kraków, Gliwice, Wrocław) at least once a week

Joining us as Delivery Talent Lead means:

Real impact on the development of Boldare developers.

Being responsible for the operational functioning and a strategy of the Technology Guilds at Boldare (technology communities)

Proposing a product teams composition.

Participate in the hiring of new people (pitching for budget, making decisions, attending meetings with recruiters).

Onboarding new employees.

Developing skills for individuals and specialized groups, through direct coaching, mentoring or training.

Responsibility for the performance of individuals in the team (1:1 meetings, performance reviews, providing feedback).

Supporting people’s promotions in line with career paths in Boldare.

Co-deciding on developers’ salaries (along with other roles, depending on the team).

Dismissing from roles or teams.

Setting expectations and work standards and maintaining Service Standards, which are the basis of product work in Boldare.

Manage the budget for hiring and employee development.

Consistent growth and full control over your career path.

Flexible working hours (but there are determined core hours)

Working a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our team, and we organize our work by ourselves.
