What do you need to get this position?
Technically
- 2+ years of experience in Data Engineer or similar roles
- Professional experience with Python programming
- Experience with writing ETL processes and related tools
- Knowledge of SQL and database design
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients and the team
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of processes orchestrator tools (Airflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and dashboards
- Experience in Cloud (preferably AWS)
Joining us as Data Engineer means:
You will be the one who co-creates the processes, standards and the best practices of data engineering in our company (we’re building this unit from the scratch and you’ll be the third expert in this area).
You will be the one who empowers data driven culture in Boldare.
Developing complex products in an “A-Z manner”is what you desire (we’re not code-monkeys!). You are willing to propose outcomes apart from just implementing them.
Using ETL processes for gathering market and client’s data (both raw and processed), processing and visualizing them.
Working with databases and building dashboards according to the client’s needs
You’re the planner of your own work - we’re self-managing teams.
True Scrum and Agile methodologies are what you embrace on a daily basis.
You’ll be working hand in hand with the client’s team without unnecessary proxies
