What do you need to get this position?

Technically

  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT (software development companies)
  • Experience in working with foreign clients
  • Network of value business contacts
  • Practical experience in building and working with opportunities pipeline / CRM
  • Readiness to travel to clients, occasionally conduct webinars
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Facilitating skills
  • Ease in presenting offers to potential clients (c-levels positions)
  • Professionalism and high presence
  • Team player approach
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with colleagues.
  • Ability to work from the office once a week

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Practical experience with the Land & Expand model
  • Experience with setting sales targets

Joining us as Client Relations Executive means:

Building value-based and long-term business relationships with clients

Acting as a business partner, nurturing relationships with existing clients and expanding the network within strategic accounts

Creating account-based sales strategies and selling Boldare products and services

Building a stakeholder map and developing strategies to reach out to new stakeholders (with support of the marketing team)

Capturing and generating sales opportunities

Partnering clients, noticing and consulting their needs

Co-creating offers

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

Responsibility for account revenue

Staying relevant to the clients by keeping up with latest industry trends and networking through industry webinars and events

Working to a set of KPIs, including revenue, margin, and NPS

Regular face-to-face meetings with clients. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings

Working in an agile business environment close to foreign clients from various industries (like green energy or electromobility)
