What do you need to get this position?

2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, people management, or similar roles in the IT industry.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, risks, stakeholders, and changing priorities at the same time.
Ownership mindset and client-first approach, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build transparent partnerships with both clients and development teams.
Practical understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum / Lean Agile), software development lifecycle, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
Analytical and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools, and curiosity about software development processes and modern technologies.
AI enthusiast mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, and team collaboration.
Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).
Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with openness to occasional business trips and face-to-face meetings.

Experience in service design and launching new services.
Basic understanding of GitHub, pull requests, code review workflows, and AI-supported delivery or workflow automation.
