  • The definition of the success of your work is the client’s results - whether we have achieved their goal, their satisfaction, and the feeling of confidence that Boldare is looking out for their interests. The customer’s well-being has the highest priority.
  • Taking care of the relationship with the client, creating concepts for the development of cooperation and managing risks, as well as sending reports to the client after each workshop and sprints.
  • Shaping the service, i.e. defining the team, assembling specialists and giving them expectations, defining the form of communication with the client, planning the structure of meetings, and ensuring the team has the right knowledge of the client.
  • Creating the Delivery Plan in cooperation with the team, monitoring progress and changes, observing how the team achieves the set goals
  • Managing the service budget and client’s settlement.
  • Real impact on the development of Boldare developers.
  • Proposing a product team composition and participating in the hiring of new people (pitching for budget, making decisions, attending meetings with recruiters).
  • Onboarding new employees to the team.
  • Developing skills for individuals, through direct coaching, mentoring or training.
  • Responsibility for the performance of individuals in the team (1:1 meetings, performance reviews, providing feedback).
  • Cooperating with the interdisciplinary Boldare team with other business roles and leaders.
  • Transparency and feedback. We always share the results of our work and give each other feedback. Everybody here has full access to data (including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data). Also, we communicate via open channels to effectively spread information.
  • Regular face-to-face meetings with the team and clients. The frequency varies, but we care for all team members to participate in onsite meetings.
  • Real impact on decisions made inside the organization (it’s not an empty offer, you’ve got it!).
