We are looking to fill a role in our team that might not seem obvious at first glance – but we’ve tested it, and we know it works!
We are searching for someone who has graduated in law but has chosen not to pursue a traditional legal career. We are looking for someone who can combine their knowledge of law (especially labor law and civil contracts for cooperation) with a focus on people. We want someone who is people-oriented, taking care of our organizational culture while also supporting leaders in monitoring and setting business goals influenced by human resources management. Keep on reading! 😎
Conducting and managing performance management processes. What does this involve? Employment-related processes, day-to-day cooperation and its challenges, as well as processes related to terminations. We expect you to oversee these processes, ensuring they are in line with Boldare’s internal norms and legal regulations.
Supporting and advising leaders on human processes and developing appropriate strategies.

Conducting internal employer branding activities (such as organizing company events, celebrating new hires and promotions, integration events, and fostering a friendly office atmosphere), as well as external activities by publishing content about these events on our social media platforms. Managing internal communication regarding organizational events.
Supporting the business in analyzing and reviewing contracts typical for the IT industry.
Drafting legal letters and documents (such as payment demands, debt settlement agreements, resolutions for a joint-stock company, filings to the National Court Register, and communications with governmental and municipal authorities).

We work in a flat structure based on a holacratic system (no managers, dispersed leadership and autonomy in decision-making, with full transparency). It gives us a lot of freedom and development opportunities, but at the same time it requires a lot of flexibility, maturity and responsibility for our performance.
Watch video about holacracy →We are always ready and open to share our thoughts! We do it in our daily work, workshops, 1:1 sessions, etc. This is one of the best tools in our professional growth. We also often share feedback in a team forum, because it’s great to learn from each other’s experiences.
EVERYBODY in Boldare has full access to data, including knowledge bases, project descriptions, metrics, statistics, strategies, even financial data, etc. We almost always communicate with each other via open channels to effectively spread information. This is what you need to make conscious, independent decisions in your role.
